Members of the Uniformed Services, Foreign Services and employees of the intelligence community may be eligible for the Tax Credit Extension*.

• You and/or your spouse must have served for at least 90 days on qualified official extended duty service outside of the US beginning after 12/31/08 and ending before 5/1/2010.
• A binding contract to buy a principal residence must be entered into on or before 4/30/2011
• The home must close on or before 6/30/2011
• The tax credit still remains up to $8000 for First Time Homebuyers and $6500 for Move-Up Buyers
